Professional Apprentice Program: Carpentry—start immediately

The Walnut Street Theatre, Philadelphia, PA is accepting applications for its 2010-11 Apprentice Program in Carpentry. The program is a full-time commitment with a weekly scholarship of $300, individual HMO medical coverage, gym membership and free tuition to Theatre School classes. Assistant Audience Services Manager

The Walnut seeks Assistant Audience Services Manager (house management) for the 2010-2011 season. Responsibilities include audience customer service, gift shop, data base management and coordinating volunteer ushers. Must have excellent people, organization and computer skills. Salary $480/wk + excellent benefits. Position starts August 24th. This position requires a 6 days a week schedule. Ticketing Services Agents

Walnut Street Theatre has openings for full and part-time Ticketing Services Agents to handle incoming telephone tickets sales and exchanges. Work in a friendly, organized atmosphere and see all productions for free. Apply in person at Walnut Street Theatre, 825 Walnut Street, Monday through Friday between 10AM and 5PM. Tele-Sales Operators

Sell Walnut Street Theatre subscriptions over the phone. This is part-time, independent contractor work. Shifts are Sunday 5-8pm (mandatory), and Monday through Thursday 6-9pm (three out of four shifts minimum). Pay is weekly, base versus commission, and averages between $11 and $25 per hour. $10 per hour guaranteed during first two weeks of training. FREE TICKETS to shows!
