Professional Apprentice Program, 2007-2008

The Walnut Street Theatre, Philadelphia, PA is accepting applications for its 2007-08 Apprentice Program. Applicants are sought in all areas including: Acting, Audience Services, Carpentry, Casting/Literary Management, Costumes, Education, Fundraising, General Management, Marketing, Production Management, Props, Public Relations, Running Crew/Stage, Scenic Painting, Stage Management (Mainstage and Studio Series) and Subscriptions. The program is a full-time commitment with a weekly scholarship of $300, individual HMO medical coverage, gym membership and free tuition to Theatre School classes. The term of scholarships vary, but may begin as early as July 2007 and will end by July 2008. BA/BFA or equivalent experience is desirable.
