This position is an integral part of our Marketing team. Responsibilities include supervising all ticketing operations including union and non-union staff, overseeing the CRM and ticketing system (Ticketmaster Archtics), customer service, generating physical and electronic communications, accurate and timely reporting, analyzing data and the hiring, training and supervision of staff for our high-volume inbound call center. Successful candidate must have strong IT skills, a history of creating a positive customer service, and thriving in a fast-paced environment. Walnut Street Theatre seeks teaching artists for Walnut Street Theatre School and for Walnut's Educational Residency programs in local schools. Looking for experienced teaching artists to teach classes to adults and children in acting, singing, dancing and acting for the camera. Sell Walnut Street Theatre subscriptions over the phone. This is part-time, independent contractor work. Shifts are Sunday 5-8pm, and Monday through Thursday 6-9pm (four shifts minimum per week). Pay is weekly, 25% commission on new sales, and averages between $11 and $25 per hour. $10 per hour guaranteed during first two weeks of training.
