The 1965-66 season featured the Irish comedy
Philadelphia, Here I Come!
The cast, which included, left to right, Donald Mayre, Donal Donnelly, and Eamon Kelly,
was brought from Ireland and the show made its American premiere at the Walnut
before it moved to Broadway. It had a successful run in New York and was
nominated for six Tony Awards. The show was revived on Broadway in 1994,
